My roof was starting to leak during the winter so I searched for a company to inspect and replace my roof if necessary. I had a couple different companies I tried working with and it was clear that West Chester Roofing cared about response time and professionalism. The other companies kept leaving quotes open ended but West Chester Roofing actually did a proper inspection and gave me a more firm quote. I felt comfortable going with them and did. Their work looked great, was done quickly and they cleaned up the work site once complete. I highly recommend their services. ~ Noah C

This is the second time we have used Van Martin, both times they have done a great job. Good quality and reasonable price. Our sales associate Dustin walked us through the process both times. He was knowledgeable, professional and polite. Carlos was our project manager, he was available and responsive to all our questions, professional and did a great job coordinating the installation. We had a very small issue with one of our gutters after the install, I let Carlos know and he came out the very next day and resolved the issue. I would definitely recommend Van Martin! ~ shelly p

Jason was extremely helpful in working with our insurance company to receive full replacement of two roofs on two separate houses. He provided excellent service and was always timely about returning my calls and getting in touch with the insurance agent. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding and we have had no problems since the installation over 2 years ago. My only complaint is that we found nails and debri in one of our gutters (they took care of this immediately) and both projects took much longer than expected due to weather and manpower shortages during COVID. Other homes in the area, during this time, brought in larger crews of people and finished in one day and our projects took around 2 weeks. I suspect that it takes longer to do a quality job but it was quite inconvenient to have people around and constant banging on the roof for 2 weeks. Overall, I still highly recommend this company especially if you are looking at an insurance claim for your roof replacement. ~ Tim B

When my Dad's roof unexpectedly had a leak and they were there promptly. They were very professional and understanding of my fathers worries. They took their time to explain everything that needed done and answered all questions that he had. Once the repair was finished it looked very professional and they even looked arround to make sure there wasn't any other spots to worry about.
